BMW ने X5 लाइन-अप में एक रेंज टॉपिंग वैरिएंट xDrive 30d M Sport लॉन्च किया है। इसके इंजन में ऐसा कोई बदलाव नहीं किया गया है लेकिन एसयूवी में कई कॉस्मेटिक अपग्रेड किए गए हैंग्राहक भी कम दाम में लग्जरी कार को खरीदना चाहते हैं। इस सेगमेंट में मर्सिडीज-बेंज जीएलए और ऑडी क्यू3 के अलावा एक बड़ा नाम BMW X1 का भी है |

डिजाइन की बात करें तो इसमें आगे की तरफ बड़ी किडनी ग्रिल और स्लीक LED डेटाइम रनिंग लैंप्स के साथ हेडलैंप्स दिए गए हैंसबसे पहले शुरूआत इसके एक्सटीरियर से करते हैं हमें यह कार व्हाइट कलर में मिली। इसके अलावा एसयूवी स्टॉर्म बे मेटैलिक सनसेट ऑरेंज मेडिटेरेनियन ब्लू, स्पार्किंग ब्राउन मैटेलिक और ब्लैक सैफायर में आती है16-स्पीकर ऑडियो सिस्टम और 20-इंच एम स्पोर्ट अलॉय व्हील जैसी अतिरिक्त फीचर्स मिलते हैं।
इंजन और परफॉर्मेंस
बीएमडब्ल्यू एक्स1 में पेट्रोल और डीजल इंजन दिया गया है। इसमें 1998CC इन-लाइन चार,सिलेंडर टर्बोचार्ज्ड पेट्रोल इंजन है जो 189BHP और 280NM का टार्क जेनरेट करता है। दूसरा 1995CC का इन लाइन फोर-सिलेंडर टर्बोचार्ज्ड डीजल इंजन है BMW X5 में छह सिलिंडर वाले दो पावरट्रेन विकल्प दिए गए हैं: 340PS/450Nm 3-लीटर पेट्रोल (xDrive40i) और एक 265PS/620Nm 3-लीटर डीजल (xDrive30d)। ऑल व्हील ड्राइवट्रेन के साथ ऑफर में केवल 8-स्पीड ऑटोमैटिक है। पेट्रोल यूनिट 5.5 सेकेंड में 0-100 किमी प्रति घंटे की रफ्तार पकड़ लेती है, जबकि डीजल इंजन 6.5 सेकेंड में यह काम कर देता है |
